What kind of life do you want to create? 

It's okay to not know, and it's okay to need support.

Many people I work with have already seen a counsellor or therapist, but they've never had a coach before. I've had 6 coaches myself, and each time I've been struck by how powerful it is to have someone in my corner whose sole purpose it is to help me develop myself and create the future I desire.

I've worked with clients through a wide variety of topics and challenges:

  • I don't feel like myself and I'm tired of being what other people want me to be.

  • I don't know what I really want or what excites me. I don't feel worthy of what I want.

  • I sense something’s missing, an inner restlessness, but I'm not sure what it is...

  • I keep trying different things but getting the same results; I feel like I'm not getting anywhere.

  • I don’t know where to start. I feel unclear, overwhelmed, confused or lost.

  • I have a hard time making decisions. I’m paralyzed or overwhelmed by all of the choices.

  • I don’t feel connected to myself, to my partner or my friends.

  • I don't like my job or I don't know what I want to do for a job.

  • I'm scared of being alone

  • I feel anxious, out of control or like life is happening to me.

  • I lack confidence, self-esteem, or a personal sense of my value and worthiness.

  • I feel insecure or like I'm not good enough, rich enough, skinny enough, smart enough, etc.

  • I lack motivation. I can't seem to get myself to do what I care about.

  • I feel bored, depressed, purposeless or tired. I need a challenge.

  • I'm afraid of what other people think about me.

  • ​I’m worried I won’t be able to actually accomplish what I want.

  • I seem to sabotage my own success.

  • I people-please. I have a hard time prioritizing my needs over others and feel guilty saying no.

  • I fear rejection, disagreeing with or upsetting others with my truth. 

  • ​I feel like a burden or too much for others. I'm afraid to be really happy.

  • I fear the unknown. What if I do make the change I want?

  • I fear standing out or overshadowing others. I'm scared of my own power.

  • I want to prove to myself what I'm capable of, but I'm scared of failing.

There's your Default Future - the life you'll have if don't change anything - and your Created Future - the life you'll have when you step outside of your comfort zone to follow your heart. You always get to choose.
